Return and Refund Policy – Maison Gummies

At Maison Gummies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the products in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened products in their original packaging.

Withdrawal Procedure:

• Contact our customer service at support@maisongummies.com, specifying your order number.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the products.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order at support@maisongummies.com.

We will offer:

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund, including initial shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product is defective.

• If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined (opened, used, or without original packaging), no refund will be issued.
